Usage:Buffer, water softener, manufacturing six sodium phosphate and sodium pyrophosphate, determination of magnesium, medium modified White haploid. Used as emulsifier, quality modifier, and nutriment in foodstuff industry.• As leaven in cookies. As buffer in jelly.
